DEVLIVERY

We deliver to all all UK locations (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), including the Isle of Wight and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. We do not currently fulfil international orders.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

All UK orders currently are dispatched with next day delivery if you order by 2pm, otherwise the next working day. We do not currently fulfil international orders.

TRACKING 

All orders are dispatched with a tracking number automatically sent to you with your shipping confirmation. You can use this to easily track your order on the relevant courier's website.

FAILED DELIVERY OR LOST ITEMS

Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address and postcode when completing your order. Ace & Freak Ltd (Ace+Freak) will not be held responsible for items lost or misplaced due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. Please check your order confirmation email and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or missing information; once the order has been dispatched, we will be unable to make any changes.

If your order is to be delivered to a work address, the business name must be included. Ace+Freak will not be held liable for items lost or misplaced internally after delivery to a work address.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you wish to return any part your order for a refund or exchange, you can do so within 14 days of receipt provided that all of the cans in each box remain unopened. Please do not post any faulty or incorrect items back to us before you have been advised by our customer care team.

Please allow up to 14 working days for us to receive and process returned items.

Please ensure that the package be sent via a tracked service and that you obtain proof of postage as all returned goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser until they reach Ace+Freak.

Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs applied to your original order or incurred in returning the item(s) to us, should you chose to make a partial or full return. Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM BY POST

Before returning any items, please ensure that you have first contacted us at hello@aceandfreak.me. We will share with you a returns form to include with the item(s) being sent back.

In order for us to process a refund or exchange, we must receive the cans in their original condition, unopened, and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept any returned products that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

Please ensure that all goods have been packaged securely.

Remember to indicate whether you would like to receive a product exchange, store credit, or a refund. Please note that all refunds will be made to the original credit card used for payment.

Select the reason for the exchange or return.

If exchanging an item, indicate clearly which product you would like to receive in its place.

Send the item(s) back to us via a recorded or signed for delivery service with a tracking number.

RETURNS PROCESSING PROCEDURE

Exchanges, store credit, or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected to confirm that they meet our returns eligibility criteria listed above.

While we will always endeavour to fulfil any direct exchange requests, this is not guaranteed and will be determined by stock availability. On the occasion that we are unable to fulfil such a request, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

If you return an item purchased with a discount code for a refund, the refunded amount will match the discounted price paid at point of purchase and not the standard full price of the item.

Any duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge.

We will email you to confirm receipt of the returned items once they have been delivered back to us. If the items meet our returns eligibility criteria after inspection, we arrange for an exchange, apply store credit, or issue the refund within approximately 48 hours.

Please note that it could take up to 10 business days for the refunded payment to be reflected on your credit card statement and that refunds can only be issued to the payment card used at point of purchase.

DISPUTES

In the unlikely event of a dispute or claim in relation to any goods supplies by Ace+Freak, this shall be governed by and construed according to the law of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court or other authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, then the validity of the rest of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.
